3 Discuss the design plan

 

1. The owner visits the company to see the preliminary design plan, and the designer introduces the design intention in detail.

 

2. Based on the floor plan, effect drawing and the designer’s specific introduction provided by the designer, the owner puts forward opinions and revises the design plan (or approves it)

 

Four to determine the decoration plan

 

1. The owner will finally confirm the construction drawings, and the quotation engineer will make a budget for the price of the main materials and the brand of the engineering labor.

 

2. The designer cooperates with the owner to carefully understand the decoration project budget, implement the construction project, and check and verify the unit price and quantity in the budget.

 

Five Sign the formal contract (in duplicate)

Pre-construction stage

3 Feeding and acceptance

 

(1) The project supervisor informs the company's material distribution center to uniformly distribute decoration materials.

 

(2) The owner refers to the budget sheet, material quality and brand for acceptance, and fills in the <decoration material acceptance form>. Acceptance is qualified, the construction personnel Construction can begin.

 

(3) The decoration materials provided by the owner should be purchased according to the time specified in the <Construction Schedule>. During the purchase process, Party B (decoration company) can send someone to cooperate with the purchase, and Party A can also entrust Party B to purchase on its behalf, and must sign the <main material purchasing power of attorney>.

 

Mid-stage construction

 

1. For areas with waterproof requirements (such as toilets), after the sinking bucket is finished waterproofing, do a 24-hour closed-water experiment to check whether the waterproofing is in place .

 

2. During construction, the person in charge of construction (supervisor) organizes and manages various types of work, supervises and inspects the quality of the project, and promptly informs the owner and designer if problems are found Carry out project rectification.

 

3. The company’s quality inspectors inspect the organization, management, specification and construction quality of the construction site from time to time, and leave inspection records on the construction site for the owner’s supervision.

 

Four. The owner and the project supervisor discuss and determine all the changed construction projects, and fill in the <project change form>.

 

Fifth, after the completion of the water and electricity renovation project, the supervisor shall carry out the inspection and acceptance of the concealed project and make a record of the project.

 

Six. The company’s management personnel regularly contact the owners to listen to the owners’ real thoughts and valuable opinions.

 

Later construction period

 

1. When the project is basically completed, the project supervisor will conduct a comprehensive and detailed self-inspection work. After the inspection is completed, the owner will be notified if there is no quality problem, and the engineering department will complete the entire project. acceptance.

 

2. If any problems are found during acceptance, discuss rectification: If the acceptance is qualified, fill in the <Project Acceptance Form> and affix the warranty seal, and the project will be formal Delivered to the owner for use.

 

After completion

 

I. Five-year warranty for water and electricity and two-year warranty for the other two years. During the warranty period, if the project has quality problems (non-human), the company is responsible for free on-site repairs .

 

Second, life-long maintenance system, after the warranty period, if there is a quality problem in the project, the company will also be responsible for the maintenance, and the cost will be charged according to the actual situation.

 

Three, regular return visit system, after the completion of the project, the company's customer service staff will regularly return to the owner to understand the quality and use of the project, and promptly remind the owner of some precautions .
